Shipping
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays. We may take up to 2 business days to confirm product availability due to shared inventory with the physical storefront, and will email you once your order is confirmed.
Delivery estimates (please note, a more accurate estimate may be provided with the order confirmation):
- 1-3 business days within Metro Vancouver
- 5-7 business days within Canada
- 7-16 business days outside of Canada
Free shipping is available within Canada for purchases over $300 CAD (excluding taxes). Some restrictions may apply, please contact us for details.
Returns / Exchanges
If you have questions or concerns about sizing, please reach out in advance of your order and we can help ensure that you receive the product in a size that will work.
Canada – Returns to store credit or exchanges are accepted on full-priced, unworn/unused merchandise within 2 days for in-store purchases and within 5 days from the delivery date for online orders. More details below.
US & International – No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Return Policy Details (Canada Only) – The return amount will be credited to a gift card/store credit. Gifts may be eligible for exchange or gift card/store credit. Note that the customer will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs to Vancouver, Canada, or they can visit the boutique. to process the return/exchange. If your return has been approved by Vetrina Moda, future purchases made using store credit will not be eligible for return.
All jewelry and sale merchandise are final sale.
Any returning merchandise must be:
- Not worn, washed, stained, or altered
- Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons, etc.
- Include any original packaging and dust bags
- Well-packed
- Approved by Vetrina Moda.
